For Sale Listings

• For Sale listings are for owners (or brokers) to advertise a business for sale.

• To create a For Sale Listing - Simply follow the step-by-step process that the system will provide to you. During this process, you will provide the information to "pique the interest" of prospective buyers about your business for sale.

• Make changes to a For Sale listing - At any time, you can log in to your account and easily make modifications to your For Sale listing.

• Length of a For Sale Listing: One year in length.

• Renew a For Sale listing - Near the end of the listing period, the system will send you "reminder" emails that the listing is about to expire. You can continue to renew a listing for as long as you wish. If you do not renew the listing, it will be automatically removed from the system at the end of the listing period.

• Statistics - Each For Sale listing comes with a statistics feature which will provide you with information about the traffic you are receiving to the listing. <top>

Buyer's Listings

• To receive emailed notifications about new listings in your location, simply create a "Buyer's Listing". You make selections which will tell the system what kind of information to inform you about (ie: locations, types of businesses, etc).

• Make changes to a Buyer's listing - At any time, you can log in to your account and easily make modifications to your selections.

• Length of Buyer notifications about For Sale listings: 1 year. The system will send you "reminder" emails near the end of the 1 year period. <top>

Your Account Information

• Your account provides you with access to everything you need to completely self-manage all aspects of all of the features and services that we offer you.

• How to create listings ("For Sale" listings or "Buyer Notification Listings") you must first create an account.

• Account access - To access your account, simply use your UserID and Password to log in to your account.

• Make changes to account info - After you have created an account, you can easily log in to make changes to your account info as needed.

• Your account will remain open until you remove/close it. Note that we reserve the right to close the account without notice. However, we may  make an effort to contact the owner (via email) of an account to inform him/her of the reasons for account closure in the event that we make the determination to do so. <top>

List of For Sale Listings

• Visit the Search Page to find listings in your area.
• To view For Sale listings, you must select a location (area in which you are considering a purchase), and the type of business in which you have an interest.
• New Listings - All newly placed For Sale listings are viewable the instant they are created.
• Emailed notifications about new listings - Prospective Buyers who have registered to receive emailed notifications about listings are sent an email instantly after a new listing is placed and when a listing's asking price is changed (that is, listings that match the selections that the buyer has specified). <top>
